| 山东省水环境承载力动态变化趋势分析 |

| 摘 要： | 在综合分析水环境承载力概念的基础上,重点考虑与水环境系统的水量、水质和水生态直接相关的变量,兼顾技术和管理等社会调节活动对水环境系统功能的影响,设计构建了水环境承载力的评价指标体系,并采用向量模法对山东省的水环境承载力进行了定量评价。结果表明:受用水效率提高、水污染控制能力增强等因素的影响,山东省水环境承载力整体上呈上升趋势,其评价值由2001年的0.4601提高到2009年的0.8488。
