煤矿机电设备升级改造的方法与实践

摘    要:千秋煤矿在运输系统升级中,对老的强力皮带机进行改造,加装了软驱动和更换大功率电机,从而使原煤运输能力得到了大幅提升,完全满足了原煤生产的需要,为该矿实现安全高效和"五优"矿井的创建工作打下了坚实的基础。同时,为今后的机电设备升级改造提供了参考与指导,也为矿井机电设备的升级改造积累了宝贵的实践经验和方法。

Abstract:An article in the Qianqiu coal transport system upgrading,the old belt for the powerful transformation driver installation of the software and the replacement of the electrical power,so that coal transport capacity has been improved substantially,fully meet the needs of the coal production.To achieve security and efficient mine and the "five advantages" to the establishment of mine laid a solid foundation.Meanwhile the future of electromechanical equipment upgrading and provide a reference guide.Mine for the mechanical and electrical equipment upgrading accumulated valuable experience and methods.
