某低品位钼矿浮选工艺研究

摘    要:某钼矿含钼0.045%,含硫3.16%,钼主要以独立的辉钼矿形式存在,其他硫矿物以黄铁矿、黄铜矿为主,脉石矿物主要为石英、云母、长石。辉钼矿以中细粒嵌布为主,其粒度分布范围较宽,与黄铁矿等硫化矿关系比较紧密。采用粗磨浮钼—粗精矿细磨精选—钼粗选尾矿选硫的工艺流程,获得了合格的钼精矿,并综合回收硫。浮选闭路试验指标为:钼精矿品位45.13%、钼回收率83.97%,硫精矿品位51.06%、硫回收率95.36%。

Research on Floatation Technology of a Low Grade molybdenum ore

Abstract:A molybdenum ore contains Mo 0.045% and S 3.16%, in which molybdenite supplies Mo overwhelmingly, pyrite and chalcopyrite contribute other S mainly. Quartz, mica and feldspar are the main gangue mineral. Molybdenite ore with wide particle size distribution is embed in other sulfide minerals, and characterized by a fine-grained dissemination characteristics. A process consisting of preferential Mo flotation, rough Mo-concentrate regrinding and sulfur dressing of rough Mo-tailings is used in the test. In the closed circuit test, molybdenum concentrate can be acquired with Mo content 45.13% and recovery 83.97%, sulphur concentrate with S content 51.06% and recovery 95.36%.
