苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的转化对苦参提取工艺的影响

摘    要:目的考察苦参不同提取工艺过程中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱相互转化的影响。方法采用RE-HPLC测定不同提取工艺中的苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量。结果在选择的几种提取工艺中,氧化苦参碱有向苦参碱转变的趋势。结论在苦参的提取过程中,苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的转化对苦参提取工艺造成了影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate different methods to extract of Radix Sophorae and transformation between matrine and oxymatrine.Methods RE-HPLC was used for quantitative determination of matrine and oxymatrine in different extraction method of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and it was evaluated for its effects on extraction process.Results In the selected extraction method,it had a trend that oxymatrine was converted to matrine.Conclusion In the process of extracting,it had effect to transformation between matrine and oxymatrine on extraction method of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis.
