| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刺配合穴位注射对小头畸形儿童智商(IQ)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的影响,并分析其相关性。方法:治疗小头畸形儿童32例,针刺以头三针为主,配合体针及穴位注射疗法。治疗前后对患儿进行智商(IQ)、脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的测定。结果:治疗后患儿言语IQ、操作IQ和总IQ均有明显提高(P<0.01);BAEP有改善者20例,无改善者12例,且BAEP改善与IQ提高的肯德尔(Kendall)等级相关系数tau_b=0.515(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合穴位注射可明显提高小头畸形儿童IQ水平,改善异常的BAEP,且BAEP的改善与IQ的提高具有相关性。

| Abstract: | Aim: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with point injection on IQ and Brainstem Auditive Evoked Potentials(BAEP)of patients with microcephaly.Method: Thirty-two cases with microcephaly were treated with acupuncture and point injection.IQ and BAEP test were done before and after treatment.Result: The Verbal IQ(VIQ),Performance IQ(PIQ) and Full IQ(FIQ) are all improved obviously after treatment(P<0.01);the BAEP of 20 cases with microcephaly are improved,and their Kendall tau_b=0.515(P<0.01).Conclusion: It was found that acupuncture combined with point injection can improve the IQ and BAEP of cases of microcephaly,and the improvement of IQ is closely related to the improvement of BAEP. |
