基于MATLAB的高压腔电液压力伺服控制系统设计及仿真

摘    要:电液压力伺服控制装置设计的重点和难点是建立电液压力伺服控制系统的数学模型和传递函数及开环增益系数的确定。通过设计高压润滑拉拔机的高压腔压力伺服控制系统,对数学模型和传递函数的建立做了详细介绍,并在MATLAB环境下对电液伺服控制系统进行仿真,确定出使系统稳定的开环增益。同时应用频率响应法对电液伺服控制系统的性能进行分析,从而得到满足要求且可靠的电液伺服系统参数,设计出符合要求的稳定电液压力伺服控制装置。

Abstract: The focus and difficulty of designing an electro hydraulic pressure servo control system are to establish a mathematical model and a transfer function, and then to determine the open loop gain coefficient. The pressure servo electro hydraulic control device is designed for the high pressure lubrication drawing machine, and  the mathematical model and the transfer function are introduced. The simulation of electro hydraulic servo control system under the circumstances of MATLAB is carried out to determine the stability of the system mission open loop gain. At the same time,  the performance of electro hydraulic servo control system is analysed by the frequency response method, to obtain reliable electro hydraulic servo system parameters for designing a stable electro hydraulic pressure servo control device.
