| Abstract: | The automatic particle counter plays a critical role for liquid contamination control. The advantages and disadvantages of different work ways and measurement principles are analyzed in detail based on the current technology development status of this instrument, and impacts of performance parameters on the measuring result are introduced. Meanwhile, the main problems concerned in choosing the instrument are pointed out. So, the paper has a guiding significance for correct selection and use of the automatic particle counter. |
