挖掘机平地轨迹研究及改进

摘    要:针对如何评价挖掘机平地作业的问题,提出了一种通过研究挖掘机铲斗齿尖运动轨迹来评价其平地作业的方法。按照该方法对现有某挖掘机进行了平地试验,利用Proe软件与试验相结合对该挖掘机进行了虚拟平地仿真,针对过程中出现的挖掘机平地轨迹不够平稳问题,对其液压系统进行了改进,增加了斗杆调速阀,使液压泵流向斗杆油缸和动臂油缸的流量比值为4∶3,此时挖掘机铲斗齿尖运动轨迹较为平缓,挖掘机平地性能得到改善,为挖掘机平地作业的研究和改进提供了参考。

Abstract:In this paper, a method to evaluate the flatland operation of excavator based on the bucket tooth point motion track is explained. The flatland experiment of excavator is tried by this method. Meanwhile the virtual flatland simulation based on the software Proe is carried out. The flatland effect of excavator is improved with improvement of its hydraulic system, and the bucket rod speed valve is applied to make the flow to bucket rod cylinder and boom cylinder be 4:3, and then the bucket tooth point motion track is more gentle ,which provides an evidence for the research and improvement of the flatland operation of excavator.
