摘    要:分析了板翅式换热器封头接管外载荷产生的原因和进行许用接管载荷计算的必要性。通过对组合极限接管载荷分量相互关系的分析,提出了接管载荷强度验算简化公式和以壳结构有限元应力分析为基础的许用接管载荷计算方法。以某封头为例,分析了接管载荷对封头强度的影响规律,给出了许用接管载荷计算过程和结果。通过对许用接管载荷计算方法及算例的分析表明,提出的方法是可行的,可有效解决封头接管载荷强度设计问题。

Abstract:The cause of externally applied pipe load to brazed aluminum heat exchanger and the necessity of calculating allowable pipe load are analyzing. By analyzed interactions of combined limit pipe load components,simplified check formula for pipe load strength are put forward and the calculation method of relevant allowable pipe load values based on shell finite element analysis is presented as well. By taking a practical header as an example, the Influences of pipe load components on header strength are analyzed, the calcuation process of allowable pipe load is described and the final results are given. The analysis of allowable pipe load calculation method and practical example shows that the calculation method suggested is feasible and effective in solving the problems of pipe load strength design.
