基于ADAMS的柴油机曲轴系统多体动力学仿真

摘    要:采用三维设计软件Pro/E对柴油机曲轴系统进行了结构设计,在机械仿真软件ADAMS环境中搭建了柴油机曲轴系统的虚拟样机模型,同时对该系统进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析。具体分析了气缸活塞位移、速度及加速度的运动规律,以及气缸侧压力和曲柄销受力情况;同时对作用在曲轴上的扭矩进行了分析。结果表明采用虚拟样机技术可提高发动机曲轴系统的设计水平和设计效率,同时对提高发动机整机性能也有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:The structure of a diesel engine crankshaft was designed using Pro/E software,and the virtual prototype model was also established using the ADAMS software.The kinematics and dynamics were discussed in detail.The movement disciplines that including displacement,velocity and acceleration were calculated.The pressure in the cylinder wall and the force acting on the crankpin were analyzed.At the same time,the torque on the crankshaft was also discussed.The simulation results revealed that the design level and ...
