直流变换器混合电流控制技术研究

摘    要:研究了一种应用于直流变换器的混合电流控制技术。该技术将传统的线性PWM控制技术和非线性的滞环电流控制技术相结合,兼具传统线性PWM控制开关频率固定和滞环电流控制动态响应速度快的优点,控制结构简单,电路易于实现。基于Buck变换器详细分析了该控制技术的原理,给出了关键参数的设计过程,仿真和实验结果验证了该控制技术的可行性和优越性。

Abstract:A hybrid current control (HCC) technique suitable for DC-DC converter is analyzed.It takes the advantages of both conventional linear control technique using pulse width modulation (PWM) and nonlinear hysteresis current control technique.The conventional linear PWM control technique can achive a fixed-frequency operation mode,but with limited dynamic properties,while the nonlinear hysteresis control technique has higher dynamic response,but the switching frequency is not constant.Moreover,the HCC is easy to implement and can be realized with analogical circuit.Based on Buck converter,the principle of the proposed control technique is analyzed and the design processes of some key parameters are explained.The feasibility and superiority of this control technique are validated by simulation and experiment.
