天然气再燃降低NOx排放的实验研究

摘    要:主燃区停留时间、再燃区停留时间和天然气输入热量比不但影响再燃还原NOx的效果,而且是与天然气喷入位置、燃尽风喷入位置、再燃技术经济性关系紧密的3个因素.利用一维再燃热态实验炉对此3个因素与再燃还原NOx效果的关系进行了实验研究,得到了NOx排放的基本趋势和规律,并着重分析了主燃区停留时间影响再燃还原NOx效果的原因.

Abstract:The 3 factors: lingering time in the main combustion zone,that in the reburning zone and the heat input percentage due to natural gas,not only influence NO_x reduction's effectiveness of reburning,but are also factors that are closely connected with the injection position of natural gas and that of the burn-off air as well as with economical benefits of the reburning technology.The influences of the above mentioned 3 factors on NO_x reduction were studied with a one-dimensional reburning hot test rig;wherewith the basic trend and laws that govern the influence of the 3 factors on NO_x emission were found.The reason,why lingering time in the main combustion zone affects the NO_x reduction efficiency,is especially being analyzed,and the associative effects among the factors discussed.Figs 4 and refs 10.
