| 摘 要： | 目的：总结MG患者胸腺切除术后危象的抢救体会。方法与结果：36例重症肌无力患者术后发生危象．给予口服抗胆碱酯酶药物、肾上腺皮质激素及呼吸机支持等治疗治愈28例，自动出院5例，死亡3例．均死于长期严重肺部感染、全身衰竭。结论：运用综合治疗措施可显著降低重症肌无力术后危象的病死率。

| Abstract: | Aim: To summerize the rescue of myasthenia crisis after thymectomy in patients with myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods and Results: A total of 36 MG patients developed myasthenic crisis after thymectomy were treated with corticosteroids,cholinesterase inhibitor,breathing apparatus, et al. Twenty eight was cured,5 were out of the hospital, and 3 died from severe lung inflammation.Conclusion: Colligation treatments can decrease the incidence and mortality of myasthenia crisis after thymectomy. |
