摘    要:钛金属特有的银灰色调使得不论对其表面进行镜面抛光、拉丝还是雾面效果处理都会有很好的表现.它是除贵金属铂、金外最合适的首饰材料.钛金属在国外现代首饰设计中经常被使用,是流行的首饰用材.在国内,钛金属正在逐步被广大艺术家接受和认可.本文研究从当代首饰材料出发,探讨钛金属的特性,通过对纯钛的质地和色彩的创造,使其作品价值远远超过材料价值的数百倍.结合实际教学和首饰设计学科建设,对钛金属阳极氧化的直流稳压电源设备进行研究和制作,最终通过试验应用证明所有技术参数全部达到当初设计目的,完全满足教学和试验要求.

Application of Titanium on Jewelry Design

Abstract:With the development of technology, the new materials and technology are applied by contemporary jewelry, which lead to a new stage. The titanium is the best fit for jewelry material except the gold and platinum, with the characteristics of unique silver-grey and high polish, mercerizing and matte. The titanium is often used by modern jewelry design in foreign countries, which is internationally popular jewelry material. Titanium is gradually being rec- ognized by the majority of artists. In the paper, the characteristics of titanium are discussed, and texture and colour of titanium are created, which make the works worth far more than hundreds of times as much as the value of titanium material itself. Combined with practical and academic construction, titanium anodizing DC power supply equipment is studied. Even- tually, a trial application with proof that all technical parameters could meet all requirements of the original design, which is useful for teaching, testing and working.
