摘    要:参照人SRY基因HMG-box保守区的序列,设计一对兼并引物,扩增了黑斑蛙Sox基因并对扩增产物进行了克隆及测序.结果在雌雄个体中共筛选出三个不同的Sox基因,rnSox3,rnSox21,rnSox4其序列与人相应SOX基因的相似性分别为86%、82%、83%,与人类相应SOX基因编码氨基酸的一致性分别为94%、93%、78%.本研究为探索黑斑蛙的性别决定机制提供了分子资料.

Abstract:The Sox gene of Rana Nigromaculata with degenerate primers which specially amplify the conservation sequence of human HMG- box gene was amplified. Three different Sox genes were obtained from male and female body. The identify of possible sequence of obtained SOX to that of human is 82 %, 83 %, 86 %, respectively. The identify of possible amino acid sequence of obtained SOX to that of human is 94 %, 93 %, 78 %, respectively. The data for the study on Sex - determining mechanism of Rana Nigromaculata were supplied.
