| 摘 要： | 节能发电调度是指在保障电力可靠供应的前提下,按照节能的原则优先调用可再生发电资源,按照机组能耗和污染物排放水平由低到高排序,达到最大限度地节能减排的目的.文章介绍了贵州电网节能发电调度技术支持系统的组成,包括煤耗在线监测系统,烟气脱硫系统,计划生成系统和网损修正系统,以及节能工作面临的关键问题.文章比较了传统市场经济调度模式和节能发电调度模式所产生的节能工作效果,并对贵州电网节能发电调度实施及其评价体系构建提出了建议.
