摘    要:采用CaOSiO2Na2OCaF2Al2O3MgO渣系,用差热分析仪测定熔渣的结晶温度,用粘度测定仪测定熔渣的粘度,研究结晶温度和粘度与碱度、w(Na2CO3)、w(CaF2)、w(Al2O3)和w(MgO)之间的关系,并得到相应的回归方程·利用这两个回归方程,可以预测连铸保护渣的结晶性能和粘性特征·化学成分通过改变粘度,来影响晶核形成速度和晶体成长速度,从而决定了熔渣的结晶性能·结晶温度随着粘度的减小而升高·渣系中只有MgO可以在减小粘度的同时降低结晶温度

Abstract:Crystallization temperature and viscosity of CaO SiO 2 Na 2O CaF 2 Al 2O 3 MgO system were examined by DTA and rotating viscometer respectively. The effects of w (CaO)/ w (SiO 2), w (Na 2CO 3), w (CaF 2), w (Al 2O 3) and w (MgO) on the crystallization temperature and viscosity were investigated, and the regression equations of the dependence relationships were established. Using these regression equation,crystallization temperature and viscous characteristics of the mold powder system can be forecasted. It is shown that chemical composition decides the nucleation rate and the growth rate of the crystals in the molten slag by changing its viscosity. The crystallization temperature of the molten slag rises with decreasing its viscosity. Addition of only more MgO can decrease crystallization temperature and the viscosity of the slag system at the same time.
