| 摘 要： | 本文根据某企业实施ERP系统中遇到的合同会签不及时的问题,从ERP系统实施对企业的意义和ERP怎样通过OA系统与企业原有的内控制度相结合两方面进行了论述,为国内企业ERP实施过程中解决类似问题提出了一条实用性很强的思路。
