| 摘 要： | 目的:优选掌叶大黄药材的最佳产地加工方法。方法:将大黄趁鲜切片加工,以晒干法、阴干法、微波法、不同温度烘干等不同方式干燥,其加工品的折干率、蒽醌衍生物含量及横切面质地和色泽变化与传统加工方法比较。结果:趁鲜切制对掌叶大黄药材折干率影响不大,但能明显降低蒽醌类成分含量,药材横切面色泽褐变明显;不同干燥方式以熏干法的蒽醌类成分含量、横切面色泽质量最好,阴干和微波法其次,80℃烘干最差。结论:掌叶大黄产地加工不宜趁鲜切片加工,干燥方式以传统的熏干法最好。
