| Abstract: | With the development in economy and the popularization of high education, a general trend shows that secondary vocational schools are inevitably upgraded to be higher vocational schools. A problem necessary to be solved is how to cope with culinary technology education in the transformation, enabling an organic coherence in the aspects of major constitution, curriculum set- up and talent- cultivating model. |
