摘    要:随着经济的发展和高等教育的大众化趋势,中等职业学校升格为高等职业学校是一种必然趋势,如何应对学校转轨中的烹饪教育,使他们能够在专业设置、课程设置和人才培养模式等方面有机的衔接,是一个值得研究探讨的问题。

Abstract:With the development in economy and the popularization of high education, a general trend shows that secondary vocational schools are inevitably upgraded to be higher vocational schools. A problem necessary to be solved is how to cope with culinary technology education in the transformation, enabling an organic coherence in the aspects of major constitution, curriculum set- up and talent- cultivating model.
