基于空间定位法的上海院前急救网络优化研究

完善院前急救网络是缩短院前急救响应时间的有效途径之一。通过经纬度坐标定位院前急救医疗的供给方与需求方,运用经纬度直角距离公式计算供需点的距离,并对上海地区院前急救网络的建设现状进行评估,筛选出急救网络薄弱的区域和有待提高急救服务能力的急救分站。建议加强相关区域急救网络建设,并呼吁在法律上给予院前急救事业更多扶持。

Network optimization of first-aid station in Shanghai with Spatial Localization Method

It is one of the effective methods to shorten the reaction time of pre-hospital emergence service by optimizing the network of first-aid station.The supply and demand stations of pre-hospital emergence service were located with the latitude and longitude.The distance between supply and demand stations were computed through the angle distance formula for latitude and longitude.The weakness of the existing network was screened.Those first-aid stations need improving capacity and ability.It is suggested strengthening the first-aid station network and giving more legal support in the future.
