以COREX煤气为燃料的发电机组燃料控制策略

某大型冶金企业CCPP联合循环机组是从美国GE公司引进的世界首台以COREX煤气为燃料的燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组。以COREX煤气为燃料,其成分、压力及热值等与常规联合循环发电机组燃烧的高炉煤气、天燃气、重油等有较大差别,特殊性较强。本文从调试及生产实际出发,详细介绍了其燃料系统的调节策略和特点,特别是高低压煤压机防喘阀参与燃料调整的现象,为国内外同类型机组的设计和调试提供了参考和借鉴。

Fuel Control Strategy for Power Plant Firing COREX Gas

Gas-Steam combined cycle power plant（CCPP） of a large-scale Metallurgica is the first unit that firing the COREX gas,which is designed and produced by GE.The component,pressure and thermal value are different among the COREX gas,blast furnace gas,nature gas and heavy oil,and the COREX gas is a particular case.From the view of the debugging and actual production,this paper introduces the feature and control strategy of the fuel system of the 1# CCPP of Baosteel,especially the phenomenon that anti-surge control valve is involved in the adjustment of the fuel,providing valuable experience for the design and debugging of the same type power plant at home and abroad.
