抽指加权叉指换能器PSPICE仿真

摘    要:为了能够采用EDA工具设计含高性能声表面波器件的电子系统,研究了直接应用PSPICE仿真抽指加权叉指换能器的仿真方法.它根据抽指加权叉指换能器抽指位置,结合抽指后的相邻指条特点,推导了不同抽指方式下指对等效电路模型,并与其余指对等效电路进行声学端级联、电端并联得到抽指加权叉指换能器总的等效电路模型,仿真结果与实测结果基本相近.

Abstract:A method used for simulating an electrode-withdrawal weighting transducer by PSPICE is researched in order to design an electric system involving surface acoustic wave device.Equivalent circuit for one finger pair with different electrode-withdrawal fashion is deduced according to its electrode-withdrawal position and adjacent electrode features after fingers in the IDT were withdrawed.Cascading acoustic ports of equivalent circuit for the other adjacent one finger pair and paralleling electrical ports of equivalent circuits for the other finger pairs,the complete equivalent circuit for the electrode-withdrawal weighting transducer is obtained and its frequency characteristics simulated by PSPICE are near to its measurements.
