西那卡塞联合骨化三醇治疗维持性血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的效果

目的分析西那卡塞联合骨化三醇治疗维持性血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(SHPT)的临床效果。方法将我院收治的78例维持性血液透析SHPT患者按电脑随机法分为观察组和对照组,各39例。对照组以骨化三醇进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用西那卡塞。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的FGF23和BSAP水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前、后,两组的BUN、Scr水平及KT/V组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西那卡塞联合骨化三醇治疗维持性血液透析SHPT患者可有效维持钙磷平衡,效果显著。

Effect of cinacalcet combined with calcitriol on maintenance hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of cinacalcet combined with calcitriol on maintenance hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT). Methods Seventy-eight patients with maintenance hemodialysis SHPT admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to computer randomization method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcitriol, and the observation group was combined with cinacalcet on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of FGF23 and BSAP in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Before and after treatment, there were no significant differences in BUN, Scr levels and KT/V between the two groups(P>0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cinacalcet combined with calcitriol in patients with maintenance hemodialysis SHPT can effectively maintain the balance of calcuim and phosphorus, with significant effect.
