摘    要:针对大型液压挖掘机工作平稳及可靠性的要求,从挖掘机液压系统观点出发,设计一套挖掘机多泵液压系统,并对其工作原理进行分析。利用AMESim软件建立挖掘机多泵液压系统模型,并与ADAMSCosim进行了联合仿真,通过合理设置仿真参数,得出挖掘机多泵液压系统回转机构与工作装置主要元件的输出特性。结果表明:挖掘机执行机构在外负载变化时运动平稳、可靠,主要元件的输出特性符合挖掘机实际运动规律,验证了设计的合理性。研究结果对实际挖掘机液压系统的设计和调试具有指导意义,同时可以提高设计可行性和可靠性,降低设计成本。

Abstract:For smooth and reliability requirements for large hydraulic excavator , from the viewpoint of excavator hydraulic system , a multi-pump hydraulic excavator system was designed , and its operation principle was analyzed .AMESim software was used to build excavator multi-pump hydraulic model , and a co-simulation with AdamsCosim was completed .Through reasonable setting simulation pa-rameters, the output characteristics of the multi-pump hydraulic excavator slewing system and working mechanism main components were gotten .The results show that when the external load changes , the excavator actuator moves smoothly and reliably;the output char-acteristics of the main components of the composite excavator accord with actual law of motion , validating the rationality of the design . The results of this study have practical significance for excavator hydraulic system design and debugging , while design feasibility and reliability can be improved , the design cost is reduced .
