摘    要:针对数控机床控制类型单一、不适应数控维修技术方面应用型人才培养需要的问题,开发出一种新型"三位(闭环、半闭环、开环控制系统)一体"数控教学机床,该机床能够完成数控机床中开环、半闭环、闭环伺服控制等方面的工程教学项目。阐述了该设备的研制方案、关键技术的设计过程与调试方法。在该机床上进行定位精度的验证,能够达到预期的设计目的。

Abstract:Focusing on the single control mode of NC machine tools, not adapting to the cultivation of the practical talents in CNC maintenance technique, a new "Trinity ( closed loop , semi closed loop, open-loop control systems) ," NC machine tool for teaching was developed. The machine tool could be used to complete the engineering teaching projects, such as open loop, semi closed loop, closed loop servo control systems. The design process of the key technology and debugging method of the equipment were described. The verification of the positioning accuracy on the machine tool was carried out, the desired design purpose was achieved.
