摘    要:研发的基于伺服泵阀协控技术的智能预应力张拉设备,把梁场预应力梁的张拉、数据传输、监控、管理等一系列功能紧密结合起来。采用自主知识产权的电液伺服控制技术对系统进行压力和流量的伺服控制,能实现恒速加压、恒速卸压、分级保压等功能。采用伺服电机作为动力源实现了伺服电机对油泵的稳定控制,解决了原先变频电机控制时由于低速扭矩小无法实现高压时低速控制的缺点。

Abstract:In the developed intelligent prestressed tensioning device based on servo valve control technology, the tension of prestressed concrete beam, data transmission, monitoring, management, and other functions were integrated, the electro-hydraulic servo control technology with independent intellectual property rights was used to control the pressure and flow of the servo system, then the functions including constant speed pressurizing, constant speed pressure relief, grading pressure holding were realized.Servo motor was adopted as power source to realize stable control to oil pump,so the disadvantage that the original variable frequency motor could not achieve low speed control under high pressure due to the small torque under low speed was resolved.
