| 摘 要： | 在生产过程中对焊管进行气密检测是保证产品质量的重要手段。论述了钢管气密试验台及自动上下料装置的主要组成、功能等。该检测系统性能稳定,操作简便,能有效提高检测的自动化水平,降低操作工人的劳动强度。现场实际检测证明,该系统设计合理且性能可靠。

| Abstract: | During manufacture process , air-tight test on steel pipe is an importance method to make sure its quality .The con-struction composition and functions of air-tight tester of steel pipe and automatic loading&unloading mechanism were introduced .The detecting system had stable performance and easy operation method , could effectively improve the automation level of detecting , and reduce the labor intensity of the operator .The on site tests show that the design of the system is rational and reliable in performance . |
