摘    要:先进陶瓷刀具材料是21世纪最有希望、最有竞争力的刀具材料,它的研究与发展,有可能引起切削加工技术的第三次革命。中国要想在不久的将来赶上甚至超过世界先进水平,必须在界面工程、协同增韧机理和刀具的可靠性等理论方面,在热等静压技术、无压烧结技术、自韧化技术等工艺方面和高性能陶瓷刀具材料以及质量的研究与开发方面投入更多的人力和物力,求取突破性的进展。

Abstract:Modern ceramic tool materials are the most hopeful and competitive tool materials in the 21st century,the research and development may cause the third revolutionary of cutting processes. In order to keep up with,or even surpass the international advanced level,we must invest more manpower and material resources in the study on the theoretical field of interface engineering,tenacity co-strengthening mechanism and tool's reliability and on the technica1 field of thermal static voltage technique,non-pressure sintering technique and self-toughening technique,and in the study and exp1oitation of multilayer ceramic tool materials and other ceramic tool materials with high per formances,and trving to make a breakthrough progress.
