三倍体毛白杨低硬度化学浆ECF漂白

摘    要:利用氧脱木素和H2O2强化氧脱木素技术对三倍体毛白杨低硬度NaOHAQ浆进行了ECF漂白实验,经过ODED漂序漂白后,纸浆白度达到85.6%ISO,黏度701mL/g,而经过OPDQP漂序漂白后,纸浆白度达到88.3%ISO,黏度681mL/g。研究结果表明,这两种漂序可操作性强,是一种适合低硬度NaOHAQ浆的ECF漂白新工艺,且这两种纸浆手抄片的物理强度指标能够满足生产高档纸张的要求。

Abstract:The bleaching of low kappa number Soda-AQ pulp of Triploid of Populus Tomentosa was carried out using oxygen delignification and H_2O_2 strengthened oxygen delignification(shortened form O_P). The pulp with brightness of 85.6%ISO and 88.3%ISO and, with viscosity of 701mL/g and 681mL/g could be obtained using the bleaching sequences of ODED and O_PDQP respectively. The results showed that the two selected bleaching sequences were suitable to low kappa number NaOH-AQ pulp of Triploid of Populus Tomentosa. The strength properties of the handsheets from the ODED and OpDQP bleached pulps could meet the requirements for the production of high grade paper.
