手术前后肺癌患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞的表达

目的：研究手术前后肺癌患者外周血CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞（Treg）的比例变化，探讨其与肿瘤免疫的关系。方法：采用流式细胞术检测38例手术前后肺癌患者和35例健康对照者外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg占CD4＋T细胞的比例。结果：肺癌患者手术后外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg占CD4＋T细胞的比例为（13．27±3．15）％，显著低于手术前的（19．76±3．42）％（P〈0．05）；手术前显著高于对照组（10．46±2．87）％（P〈0．05），而手术后与对照组无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：肺癌患者手术切除肿瘤后，外周血CD4＋CD25＋Treg水平明显下调，有助于肺癌患者免疫功能的恢复，增强肿瘤的免疫应答和抗瘤作用。

Expression of CD4＋CD25＋ Regulatory T Cells in the Peripheral Blood of Patients with Lung Cancer before and after Surgery

Objective： To evaluate the proportion of CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory T cells（Treg） in the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer before and after surgery and observe the relationship between CD4＋CD25＋ Treg and tumor immunity. Methods： Flow cytometer was used to analyze the level of CD4＋CD25 ＋Treg in the peripheral blood. Results：The proportion of CD4＋CD25＋Treg was significantly lower in patients with lung cancer after surgery （13.27± 3.15）%] than before surgery （19.76±3.42）% ]（P〈0.05）. The proportion of CD4＋CD25＋ Treg was significantly higher in patients with lung cancer before surgery compared with healthy donors（10.46±2.87）% ] （P〈0.05）, while there was no more significant difference in patients with lung cancer after surgery than in healthy donors （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： The level of CD4＋CD25＋ Treg in the peripheral blood of patients with lung cancer is significantly down- regulated after surgery, while the immune function is obviously resumed and the immune response to tumor enhanced.
