锆石微区原位同位素和微量元素测定的新进展

摘    要:文章简述了二次离子探针质谱(SIMS)、激光剥蚀等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)和激光剥蚀多接受等离子体质谱(LA-MC-ICP-MS)等3种锆石微区原位同位素和微量元素测定方法的原理和优缺点;针对U-Pb定年、铪同位素、锂同位素、多种元素的同时测定,以及仪器改进、测试方法创新、标样研发等方面的新进展进行了评述。

Abstract:Principle and merits and shortcomings of three methods,secondary ion microprobe mass spectroscopy(SIMS),laser ablation inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)and laser ablation-multicollector-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(LA-MC-ICP-MS)used in in-situ isotopes and trace elements determination of zircons are briefly described in this paper.And the progress of the three methods,such as the improvement of instrument and test method,the research and development of synthetic in recent years are also presented from the aspects of U-Pb dating,Hf isotopes,Li isotopes and trace element simultaneity determination of zircons.
