胶态次枸橼酸铋冲剂治疗幽门弯曲菌阳性消化性溃疡20例

本文报告胶态次枸橼酸铋冲剂~1治疗幽门弯曲菌(CP)阳性消化性溃疡20例,并以雷尼替丁组22例作为对照。胶态次枸橼酸铋冲剂治疗4wk后,80％患者的溃疡治愈,雷尼替丁组有77％患者溃疡治愈。治疗组17/20患者的CP消失,14/20患者胃炎减轻,明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。本文结果表明,胶态次枸橼酸铋冲剂对CP阳性的消化性溃疡有良好的近期疗效。

Treatment of peptic ulcer associated with Campylobacter pylori infection with colloidal bismuth subcitrate granule in 20 patients

This study investigated the effects of colloidal bismuth subcitrate(CBS) granule and ranitidine on peptic ulcer associated with Campylobacter pylori(CP) infection. Forty-two patients with peptic ulcer and gastritis associated with CP Infection were randomly allocated to treat with CBS granule(20 patients)or ranitidine (22 patients). Ulcers healed in 80% of patients treated with CBS granule and in 77% treated with ranitidine, supporting previous observation that the efficacy of these two agents is similar.CP was cleared from 17 out of 20 patients and degree of gastritis was decreased in 14 out of 20 patients receiving CBS granule. Compared with ranitidine, CBS granule significantly decreased the incidence of CP infection and degree of gastritis after 4 wk of treatment(P<0.01). The present study documents that CBS granule has a significant effect on peptic ulcer associated with CP infection.
