广东省CBA篮球俱乐部后备人才梯队建设和比赛成绩较好,球队的训练时间大多超过文件要求;政策法规的实施缺少监督,选材的局限性和竞争性进一步加剧.建议进一步提高教练员的综合素质,提高科研要求,从科学选材、科学训练着手,提高成才率.积极推进省市与俱乐部联合培养的后备人才培养模式,二线队积极联系高校进行"教体联办",三线队伍采用佛山龙狮的培养模式,让体育真正回归教育,获得家庭支持社会认可.
