摘    要:提出用圆谐展开函数作样本合成最小平均相关能量滤波器来进行数字图象识别,这种滤波器具有图象旋转不变性,而且比传统的圆谐滤波器的相关峰更尖锐、识别能力更高,特别适用于相似图象的识别,并用计算机模拟证实了它的优越性。

Abstract:Minimum average correlation energy filters using circular harmonic expansion (CH-MACE filters) for pattern recognition are presented in this paper. The fUters possess the rotational invariant property and yield much better discrimination and sharper correlation peaks compared with the traditional circular harmonic filters. Therefore, they are particularly appropriate for discriminating between almost similar objects. Computer simulations showed the advantages of the fitters.
