基于DSP和CPLD的开关磁阻电动机数字控制

摘    要:为实现对开关磁阻电动机的实时有效控制,在分析了开关磁阻电动机的调速系统和现有控制模式的基础上,设计了基于数字信号处理器(TMS320-LF2407)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(EPM3064)的开关磁阻电动机全数字控制器.对DSP和CPLD的功能进行了分配,并进行了二者之间的时序仿真分析,采用分段变参数PID控制方法,有效实现开关磁阻电动机的转速电流双闭环控制,取得预期的实验结果,满足高速电机对实时性的要求.

Abstract:Based on the analysis of SRD(Speed regu- lating device)and the control modes of switched reluctance motor(SRM),the total digital controller fitting DSP (Dig- ital signal processor)and CPLD(Complex programmable logic device)with their specific function was proposed,as well as a current PID controller and speed PID controller. Experiment result showed that this controller could effec- tively implement control of the switched reluctance motor to satisfy the real time requirements of high speed motor.
