| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不同术式髓内钉固定对股骨干骨折愈合率的影响。方法:回顾我院2003年1月～2008年12月收治的新鲜闭合股骨干骨折行交锁髓内钉内固定病例,分别统计闭合复位与切开复位、切开复位扩髓与不扩髓、闭合复位扩髓与不扩髓的例数及其骨折愈合率,并比较各组骨折愈合率是否具有统计学差异。结果:本组统计共120例,其中切开复位52例,闭合复位68例,骨折愈合率分别为73.1%与88.2%(P<0.05);切开复位组中31例扩髓,21例不扩髓其愈合率分别为83.9%与57.2%(P<0.05);闭合复位组中53例扩髓,15例不扩髓,其愈合率分别为94.3%与66.7%(P<0.001)。结论:股骨交锁髓内钉内固定术中闭合复位及扩髓可提高骨折愈合率。
