| 摘 要： | 当前建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,建筑企业通过实施多元化战略来提高经济效益,多数选择了房地产开发.文章首先识别了建筑企业开发房地产战略的风险,接着运用模糊层次分析法对风险进行了定量分析.最后指出,建筑企业向房地产行业多元化的主要风险在于融资能力.

| Abstract: | Recently the competetion of the construction market becomes more and more fierce,and as a result,construction firms take diversification as a method to increase their profit.For example,most of construction firms take real estate development as their strategies.The paper firstly identified the risks in the diversification and then it analysed the risks quantitatively by FAHP.In the end it pointed out that most important risk in the diversification was the ability of financing. |
