健康教育对门诊复发性抑郁症服药依从性影响研究

目的探讨门诊复发性抑郁症患者服药依从性的有效干预措施，为提高治疗依从性提供科学依据。方法采用自制调查表及简明精神病量表（BPRS）。随机抽取2009年5～12月门诊就诊的复发性抑郁症患者102例，随机分为观察组和对照组各51例，观察组采用书面健康指导并每日填写服药记录卡，对照组采用常规口头健康指导。分别于治疗第1、2、4、6、8、10和12个月门诊预约复诊面谈，或电话回访方式随访1年。结果两组在复诊6个月内服药依从性差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；第8、10和12个月时差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）；第12个月观察疗效，观察组优于对照组，复发率观察组低于对照组，观察组对服药剂量、维持治疗时间、药物副作用等疾病相关知识掌握优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；两组对复发时的表现、疾病预后两方面知识的掌握差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论书面健康指导并每日填写服药记录卡，能提高门诊复发性抑郁症患者稳定期的服药依从性。

Effect of health education on clinic recurrent depression medication compliance

ObjectiveTo explore the patients with recurrent depression medication compliance and effective interventions.Methods102 cases were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 51 patients,observation group writing guide and daily health complete medication record card.The effect was evaluated with self-made questionnaire and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS).Results7 months after treatment,the medicine compliance of the two group was not different(P>0.05),but 10 months after treatment,the medicine compliance of the two group was significantly different(P<0.05).12 after treatment,the recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group.The dose,side effects and health knowledge of observation group surpassed that of the control group.ConclusionHealth guidance and complete written daily medication record card can improve patient with recurrent depression in patients with stable medication compliance.
