奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁片治疗十二指肠球后溃疡的疗效观察

目的观察奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸铁片治疗十二指肠球后溃疡的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将56例十二指肠球后溃疡患者随机分为两组，对照组28例仅采用奥美拉唑治疗；治疗组28例在对照组治疗基础上加用铝碳酸镁片，两组疗程均为4周。观察两组患者临床症状、胃镜及药物不良反应变化。结果治疗组治疗总有效率（92．9％）明显优于对照组（82．1％）（P〈0．05）；治疗组溃疡愈合率（82．1％）明显优于时照组（71．4％）（P〈0．05）；两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁片治疗能明显改善十二指肠球后溃疡患者的临床症状，促进溃疡愈合，且无严重不良反应。

Clinical study of omeprazole combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets in treatment of postbulbar duodenal ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of omeprazole combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets in treatment of postbulbar duodenal ulcer.Methods 56 patients with postbulbar duodenal ulcer were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=28) was treated with omeprazole,while the treatment group(n=28) was treated with omeprazole combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets.The treatment duration lasted four weeks.Clinical symptoms,changes of gastroscopy and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(92.9%) was significantly better than that of control group(82.1%)(P<0.05);The ulcer healing rate of treatment group(82.1%) was significantly better than that of control group(71.4%)(P<0.05);There were no obvious adverse reactions happened in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets in the treatment of postbulbar duodenal ulcer can significant improve the clinical symptoms,promote ulcer healing,and have no serious adverse reactions.
