| Abstract: | Presently, in power plant bidding, there is a trend that the owners have new requirements of selection large cooling surface for condenser. The author, based on his accumulated experiences in the design and operation of condensers, describes the main principles and necessity of reasonably selecting cooling surface of condenser, and the type of single/dual pressure condensers.Table 1 and refs 3. |
