自制贲门扩张器治疗贲门失弛症（附110例报告）

贲门扩张器由硅胶引导管、乳胶尼龙网气囊、不锈钢弹簧塑胶包皮管、开口器、硅胶连接管、开关及针座组成。结构简单、操作方便。用该扩张器在Ｘ线电视监视下扩张治疗贲门失弛症１１０例，有效率１００％，治愈率９６％。未发生返流性食管炎、穿孔等并发症。经５年３个月随访无复发。可作为贲门失弛的首选疗法。

Cardia Achalasia Treated by Self-made Cardia Dilator(Report of 110 Cases)

The cardia dilator designed by the authors consists of silica gel guiding catheter,emulsionylon net balloon stainless steel coil,tube wrapped with plastic,opener,silica gel connecting tube,switch and probe socket.This instrument possesses the advantages of simple technique,easy man rability and the material is easily available and cheap. From 1988 to 1993,with this dilator,we have treated 110 patients with cardia achalasia, the diameter of the ballon was selected according to the height of the patient.The procedure was carried out under X- ray TV monitoring.The effective rate and cure rate were 1O0% and 96% respectively.No complications such as reflux esophagitis etc. Occurred and no recurrence in 5 year 3 month follow up. The authors suggested that treating achalasia with this dilator could be considered the method of choice because of its effectiveness safety,simplicity,low price and no need for hospitalization.
