| 摘 要： | 目前大部分石油产品均采用管道输送方式进行外输,但由于受地理位置的限制及各地区对能源需求的波动性,部分油品还需配合铁路油罐车输送方式实现外输。当装卸油品时,鹤管类型及数量影响着管内油品的运行参数,应用软件对不同直径鹤管在装卸油品时的各参数进行数值模拟,通过分析鹤管、集油管及输油管内油品的压力、速度等参数的变化,为铁路装卸油品提供技术服务及理论支持。

| Abstract: | Currently, most petroleum products are transported bypipeline, but part of oil products are still transported by rail oil tanker due to geographical constraints and volatility of regional energy demand.The typeand quantityof crane tubecanaffect the operating parameters when loading or unloading oilproducts.Inthispaper, thesoftware was used tosimulate loading or unloading oil productsprocessin differentdiametersofcrane tube, and pressure and velocity changesin crane tube, collect pipe and transport pipewere analyzed,which couldprovide technological and theoretical basis for loading or unloading oil products in rail transportation. |
