商业银行基层支行经营策略研究——以中国银行楚州支行为例

摘    要:基层支行的形象是银行的无形资产,基层支行作为商业银行的对外窗口,是直接为客户服务的驻点,也是发展各种业务的宝贵资源,更是银行参与竞争的最前沿阵地。通过对中国银行楚州支行的经营管理策略的研究,分析中国银行楚州支行的发展现状,指出发展过程中存在的具体问题,并且提出明确市场定位,明确客户对象;活化人力资源,优化运行机制;防范操作风险,职责分工明确;提升服务,增强客户满意度以及加强人才培训,促进员工素质提高这五个主要方面的建议。

Abstract:The image of a basic branch is a bank intangible asset.The basic branch, as the most basic grass-root business organization, is to conduct customer segmentation and is the located point which serves customers directly.It is also a valuable resource for the development of various businesses and moreover the most forward position of banking competition.In this paper, the developing status of Chuzhou branch ( Bank of China) was analyzed via investigate its operation and management strategy to figure out the specific problem in its business. Then five major suggestions were put forward, such as clearing market positioning and clients, activating human resources and optimizing operation mechanism, avoiding operation risks and having a clear division of responsi-bilities, improving service quality and increasing customer satisfaction, and talent training and promoting the staff quality improvment.
