绿色建筑中BIM全流程应用价值评价体系研究

摘    要:采用文献分析与问卷调研的方法研究了绿色建筑中BIM全流程应用的价值问题,提出了绿色建筑中BIM全流程应用各价值主体的多元价值需求,从而构建了BIM应用价值评价理论框架。同时,应用工程价值分解结构方法,对绿色建筑中BIM全流程应用价值进行结构分解,进而提取出绿色建筑中BIM全流程应用价值标准,最终构建了由价值主体、价值要素、价值标准等组成的绿色建筑BIM全流程应用价值评价体系。为绿色建筑BIM全流程应用价值评价及其应用价值提升策略制定奠定工作基础,并且对发挥BIM技术在绿色建筑项目设计、施工、运营等阶段的数据支撑作用意义重大。

Abstract:The literature review and field survey methods were used to study the life cycle implementation value of BIM application in green buildings. The theoretical framework for assessing BIM’s life cycle application value was built by identifying the multiple needs of each value subject in green buildings. Meanwhile,the life cycle application value of BIM in green buildings was further decomposed by adopting the engineering value decomposition structure method,which can be used for extracting the standard for application value. On this basis,the assessment framework for life cycle application value of BIM in green buildings was developed by integrating value subjects,value factors,and value standard. This study can provide solid foundations for making promotion strategies for life cycle BIM application,which is beneficial for enhancing BIM-enabled data management across the design,construction,and operation stages of green buildings.
