摘    要:目前三棱形轴孔工件的零位偏差角度测量多采用手动找正,但手动找正存在劳动量大、精度低等诸多缺陷.针对该问题的不足提出了基于AT89C52单片机为核心的零位偏差角度自动测量系统的设计方案.将测得的角度值以无线传输的形式传送给数控端,并给出了系统的找正原理,以及软硬件的设计.测试结果表明,整个系统结构设计合理,各部分工作正常...

Abstract:At present, the three prism shafts and holes workpiece's zero-position deviation angle measurement almost use manually centering. Bat manually centering is big labor consuming,low accurate and so on. Aiming at these shortages, the zero-position deviation angle measurement system's design scheme is put forward,based on the AT89C52 SCM. The measured angle value is sent to the NC terminal in the form of wireless transmission. The centering principle, the implementation of hardware and software design are given. The test results indicate that the overall system's structure design is reasonable; various part works normally;the angle measurement is fast, with high accuracy;the error range is between 0. 02° and 0. 1 °; the wireless transmission is stable and reliable;and the expected goal is reached.
