| 摘 要： | 利用ANSYS Workbench软件对某多层复合材料飞轮的不同过盈工况进行有限元分析,得出不同过盈工况下复合材料飞轮的径向应力及环向应力情况。结果表明多层复合材料飞轮的过盈设计对其应力分布不均匀性具有重要影响,从而为多层复合材料飞轮的设计提供了一种有效的分析计算方法。

| Abstract: | The multi - ring composite flywheel rotor was analysised by ANSYS workbench to obtain the rotor and hoop stress of flywheel rotor in different interference conditions. From the results, we can confirm that the design of different interference has important effects on the stress distribution of the rim. It can provide an effective analysis and calculation methods tor high multi - ring composite flywheel rotor design. |
