| 摘 要： | 地铁车辆段上盖物业开发存在很多关键性问题。针对开发策划、建设时序、运营成本、交通组织、消防设计和防雷接地等多个关键问题,逐一进行分析。地铁运营后,考虑车辆段对上盖物业产生的环境影响,重点分析了地铁列车振动、噪声、电磁辐射、废气及固体垃圾等其它因素对上盖物业的影响,并提出了相应的控制措施。地铁车辆段上盖物业开发的关键问题研究可为后续地铁车辆段上盖物业的设计及可持续发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | The construction project of the over-track building of metro depot is faced with difficulties in many aspects.Multiple key problems are separately analyzed,such as exploitation initiation,construction sequence,operation cost,traffic organization,fire protection design,and grounding for lightning.On the basis of the environmental impact of metro operation on the construction project of the community of metro depot,this paper emphatically analyzes the impact of the vibration,quadratic noise,noise,electromagnetic radiation,waste gas and solid waste,moreover,puts forward correspondingly controlling measures.Research on key problems of the construction project of the over-tracking building of metro depot can offer reference for subsequent design and sustainable development. |
