企业CIO筛选博弈定性模拟研究

摘    要:根据定性建模方法和博弈论有关原理,构建了企业CIO筛选博弈模拟模型。通过对该模型的定性模拟,对企业经营者或职员的平均收入、CIO人力资本的稀缺程度等指标对筛选功能的影响作用进行了分析,以便合理设计企业CIO甄选机制,实现对CIO人力资本完全成功的分离均衡。

Abstract:According to qualitative modeling method and relevant principles of game theory,the enterprise CIO selection screening game simulation model is constructed based on human capital capital of CIO and enterprise game behavior.The factors that should be taken into account in designing CIO selection mechanisms are researched by simulating this model and analyzing result in order to design enterprise CIO selection screening function reasonably.On this basis,successful separating higher CIO human capital from lower CIO human capital can be achieved.
