摘    要:磷铵(MAP/DAP)生产需用气氨,液氨在氨蒸发器一般用低压蒸汽为热源气化获得气氨。该文通过热衡算说明可用磷酸浓缩加热器100℃的蒸汽冷凝液作为热源获得气氨,方案实施后,年节约蒸汽约12万t,相当于节约费用497万元/a。

Abstract:The liquid ammonia is heated in the ammonia evaporator with low pressure steam as the heat source for gaseous ammonia in ammonium phosphate (MAP/DAP) production. According to the heat balance calculation, it is considered feasible that 100 ℃ steam condensate from phosphoric acid concentration plant is used as heat source to obtain gaseous ammonia, after the scheme implementation, the mass of saving steam is about 120 000 t and equivalent to cost-saving 4.97 million RMB Yuan per year.
